Karp Associates website design

A builder’s portfolio supported by a long design partnership.

A website for a construction and consulting firm with residential and commercial projects across Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Texas.

Project brief & approach

Make the portfolio explain the firm’s range.

Karp Associates combines construction and consulting with residential and commercial work across several states. The website needed to help homeowners, commercial clients, and project partners understand that range without reducing the firm to a single project type.

The structure connects the company introduction, services, a project portfolio, and available properties. A visitor can begin with the firm’s capabilities or move directly into examples of completed work. Available properties have their own purpose within that structure, giving them a clear place alongside the portfolio.

The gallery shows the homepage, company and service pages, available properties, and individual projects including Tower Road, Shore Road, Main Street, and West Way. These distinct page types allow the design to present an overall identity while giving photography and project detail enough room to be useful.

The portfolio includes work in Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan, Darien, New York, Rhode Island, and Dallas, Texas. Organizing that breadth around actual work gives prospective clients context for the firm’s construction and consulting services. Responsive presentation carries the project imagery and navigation across screen sizes.

What the work delivered: a connected builder website with routes into services, completed projects, and available properties. The website gives different visitors practical ways to assess the firm and find the material relevant to their own project.

The design relationship includes the website recognized with the 2015 HOBI Best Builder Website award. The dated source below documents that honor; the gallery presents the current website within the continuing relationship.
