Elizabeth Eakins serves interior designers and retail customers exploring wallpaper, fabric, and rug collections. The website needed to give photography, color, and texture room to communicate while organizing the product information people use to assess materials for a project.
The public experience connects collection-level browsing with individual patterns and product details. Separate routes for wallpaper, fabric, and rugs provide an initial structure; quick-ship and in-stock rug collections support visitors with more specific purchasing needs. The gallery above shows these different views.
The design challenge also extended to the staff responsible for the catalog. A collection website continues to change as patterns and ranges develop, so the project includes a custom content-management backend for uploading patterns, organizing collections, and building pages within the site’s design system.
What the work delivered: a public collection experience connected to practical publishing tools. Customers can explore the relationships between a range, its patterns, and product information, while the Elizabeth Eakins team can maintain those relationships through the backend.
The scope combines collection architecture, visual design, product presentation, and custom staff editing tools. Planning those elements together makes content management part of the website’s structure from the beginning.
